Can you help us provide care for these dogs? We cannot do it alone. These are the cast-offs, the problems that other people couldn't, or wouldn't take care of. We are willing to make the effort, but our funds can only go so far. Our volunteers are ready and willing to provide care for these little ones during their treatments, and throughout their recoveries... however long that may be. They are all un-paid volunteers, and many of them will lose hours, and hours of their own time transporting their charges back and forth to the Vets offices for treatments, and follow-up visits. They will lose sleep and give up their social lives to be available to soothe them, and medicate them exactly when their meds are due. They are doing what others can't, but the funds have to come from those of you out there who care enough to want to be part of their recoveries, too! Please send whatever you can, no amount is too small every little bit helps. If you can only sent $5, and then maybe next month another $5, please do so! If you can send a bit more, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Remember, we can't do it without you. Please help us to help the little ones who can't help themselves. I'd like to introduce a few of them to you...

Missy's broken leg has been repaired, she has been spayed and microchipped, and is currently having dips for the mange. And, as soon as she has 2 negative scrapes in a row we can finalize her adoption.

Name: Jasmine
Age: 8 mos.
Gender: Spayed Female
Weight: 17 Pounds
Vaccinations: Current
Heartworm: Negative
Housebroken: Yes
Crate Trained: Yes
Microchipped: Yes
Jasmine came into Rescue with some intestinal issues which we are presently dealing with. She is not at this point ready for adoption, so please do not ask for her at this time. We will up-date her condition as things change, and let you know when she is ready. Right now she is going to need some special testing and a very strict special diet, ao anything you can send to help off-set the costs would be appreciated....
UPDATE : 11/02/09......Jasmine has been treated for a very serious case of Giardia ( lower GI tract parasite) and after 11 days of smelly expolsive diahrrea...is now healthy and ready to go home. She is still working on house breaking and keeping her crate clean. MUST have "playmate" , fenced yard and obedience training. This girl is very high energy, but very smart and listens to commands readily. She will need someone that is home most the day to facilitate raising a "baby".

As you can see, the $260.00 adoption fee does not begin to cover the expenses that many of these dogs incur. We want to save as many of them as possible, but can't do it without your help. Please remember, any donation you make to rescue is 100% tax deductible. Anything you send goes to help the dogs. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
