About Us

Boston Terrier Rescue of Florida, Inc. is a non-profit organization which has been granted 501(c)(3) exemption. This makes your donations to us tax deductible. We are dedicated to finding responsible homes for Boston Terriers, who are now homeless for various reasons. Our goal is to promote public awareness regarding their plight, and to provide medical care whenever it is needed.

These are friendly, affectionate dogs who thrive on human companionship. They come in all activity levels, from active to sedate. Our adoption process ensures that the dog we place with you will complement your individual lifestyle. All you need to add is.....love!

The majority of our dogs are 2 to 5 years old, and with proper care, have a life expectancy of 12 to 14 years. Boston Terriers range in size from 12 to 35 pounds, but whatever the size of the individual dog, it is important to maintain a lean physique through a good dietary overview.

We at Boston Terrier Rescue take very seriously our chosen jobs of placing these little ones in the very best homes we can find for them. We not only encourage you to maintain contact with our volunteers, we thrive on it! Hearing how well your new "best friend" is doing in his/her new home is the only "payment" we receive, and believe me, we thrive on it! Please, stay in touch...
